Throughout the build, you have direct access to everything. We use Buildertrend, a project management platform that puts the schedule, daily updates, and decision history in your hands in real time. No waiting on a phone call to find out where things stand.
Post-Construction
When construction wraps, we walk the entire home with you before you get the keys. Room by room, we review our own work and show you how everything operates, what needs regular attention, and who to call if something comes up down the road.

Every client also gets a homecare guide written around their specific build, with maintenance schedules, vendor contacts, and care instructions for the materials we used. We put a lot of work into building your home. This is how we make sure it holds up.
