Good planning is how you avoid spending money on things you didn't want. Before a single nail goes in, we map out the budget line by line so there are no surprises mid-build. Materials are ordered, schedules are locked, and every trade knows what's coming before work starts.

Throughout the build, you have direct access to everything. We use Buildertrend, a project management platform that puts the schedule, daily updates, and decision history in your hands in real time. No waiting on a phone call to find out where things stand.
 

Post-Construction
When construction wraps, we walk the entire home with you before you get the keys. Room by room, we review our own work and show you how everything operates, what needs regular attention, and who to call if something comes up down the road.

Every client also gets a homecare guide written around their specific build, with maintenance schedules, vendor contacts, and care instructions for the materials we used.
