Construction quality is often invisible by the time a home is photographed. That is exactly why it matters.
The most important parts of a house are often hidden before the owner moves in. Flashing, air sealing, framing alignment, drainage, insulation, and mechanical coordination decide how a home will live in five years and in fifty.
